Easter Egg Hunt - Hyde Hall and Glimmerglass State ParkCooperstown, NY – After a few years of hibernation, the cherished Easter Egg Hunt is making a triumphant return, promising an energizing and renewing experience for all attendees! Glimmerglass State Park is teaming up with Hyde Hall to host an egg-citing adventure on the mansion's front lawn that will captivate both the young and the young at heart.

Starting at 10 a.m. SHARP on March 30th, participants are urged to arrive extra early and BRING YOUR OWN BASKET to ensure a seamless and delightful experience. Hyde Hall's picturesque and historic grounds will be magically transformed into a treasure trove of hidden eggs (including golden eggs to win special prizes) and candy for all!

Families and friends are invited to join forces, embarking on a journey to explore, hunt, and uncover the surprises hidden throughout the estate. The event has been carefully curated with diverse "Egg Zones" tailored to cater to various age groups, ensuring that everyone—from the littlest egg-hunters (0-3 years old) to those confident in their egg-spotting prowess (4-7 years old), to the more seasoned seekers (8-11 years old)— will have a delightful and memorable experience.

Jonathan Maney, Hyde Hall’s Executive Director, welcomes everyone to attend, saying "What a great way to celebrate spring!" Not long after the event, the museum will be gearing up to reopen its doors to visitors for the 2024 season on May 25.

As anticipation builds, attendees may even be in for an extra special treat – the appearance of the Easter Bunny! So, mark your calendars and join us for a morning filled with laughter, joy, and the thrill of the hunt!
