Bigger, Bolder, and Unapologetically Flavorful
Brooklyn, NY (July 29, 2025) — After a sold-out debut that shook the city in 2024, Latin Food Fest NYC is back for its biggest year yet — taking over Industry City in Brooklyn on September 13 & 14, 2025, with a massive lineup of over 70 food vendors, 14 live performances, five large-scale art installations, eight fan-favorite cultural activations, and a whole lot of sabor.
This is not your average food festival. Latin Food Fest NYC is a high-voltage collision of food, music, art, dance, community, and pure Latin energy, returning just in time to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month with a two-day takeover that sets the new standard for cultural celebrations in New York.
THE EXPERIENCE
Spanning three immersive zones — La Calle (34th Street Stage), El Patio (Courtyard Lounge), and El Lugar (Vendor Hall) — the festival is built like a living city of Latin creativity. Whether you’re dancing to the rhythms of Los Rakas, sipping aguas frescas while watching a chef demo, or throwing a chancla like your abuela taught you, Latin Food Fest is where tradition and evolution meet.
“This isn’t an event. It’s a cultural movement. We’re honoring Latin roots while building something unapologetically modern and future-facing,” says Marco Shalma, founder of MASC Hospitality Group and creator of Latin Food Fest NYC. “What we started in 2024 sparked something bigger than us. Now it’s time to go even harder.”
THE FLAVORS
With over 70 food vendors representing flavors from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Peru, and beyond, the fest is a culinary passport through the Latin world — no plane ticket needed.
From Rosie’s Empanadas and Oscar Arepas, to La Newyorkina, Garoso Colombian Bakery, Crazy Fire Tacos, and Cubano X-Press, the lineup showcases the best of the street and the soul. Expect smoky grills, pastelitos, ceviches, tequeños, fried cheese, birria, bread puddings, tamarind drinks, and frozen cocktails — all served with a side of heritage and hustle.
THE VIBE
The music program, curated by Erika Elliott and Lia Crockett (City Parks Foundation), features headliners like Los Rakas (Panama), Mariachi Real de Mexico, Yasser Tejeda (DR), Mala Fe, Maraca Bruja, and more — alongside killer DJs Ultra Violet, Uptown Vinyl Supreme, and surprise sets you’ll hear before you see.
It’s more than a playlist — it’s the soundtrack of Latin America, played live across every zone.
