Designed to bring music lovers together from across the Northeast, this year’s series features top regional Americana, folk, and bluegrass headliners alongside special guest openers. Through this initiative, the Foundation continues its commitment to making high-quality live arts accessible to everyone across the region.

All performances are free to the public and begin at 3pm.

2026 Adirondack Americana Lineup:

September 12: Low Lily Duo w/s/g Tim & Norm

  • Low Lily Duo: With a vocal and instrumental blend dubbed “outstanding” and “meticulous,” they deliver a signature stylistic bouquet of energetic and introspective folk, bluegrass, and Americana. The duo has deep roots in the fiddle tune and singing traditions of North America and the Anglo-Celtic diaspora. Their recordings have earned two #1 songs on international folk radio, two Independent Music Award wins, and global choral recognition for their original anthem, “Hope Lingers On.”

  • Tim & Norm: A seasoned acoustic duo bringing over 60 years of combined experience. Rooted in South Glens Falls and Hadley, they deliver a rich, engaging mix of bluegrass, blues, country, and classic rock. With rich vocals and skilled instrumentation, they have become a familiar and welcome presence across the Adirondacks.

September 26: The Millstone Rounder w/s/g Carolyn Shapiro

  • The Millstone Rounders: This ensemble sings and plays a unique blend of Americana, incorporating country, gospel, blues, trans-Atlantic fiddle breakdowns, and proto rock and roll; creating a sound that is both timelessly classic and thoroughly contemporary. They perform on acoustic instruments around a single microphone, capturing a natural sound that is both sonically compelling and visually interesting.

  • Carolyn Shapiro: An old-time banjo player and songwriter whose music blends sultry flavor with deep-rooted tradition. She was named Folk Artist of the Year for the New York Capital Region in both 2022 and 2026.

October 10: Ethan Setiawan & Fine Ground w/s/g Julia Alsarraf
This final performance follows Flannel Fest, an annual fall celebration at The Hub featuring food, family activities, and the Great Brant Lake Duck Race.

  • Ethan Setiawan & Fine Ground: Led by Ethan Setiawan — a National Mandolin Champion and Rockygrass Mandolin Champion — this premier progressive bluegrass group imbues time-honored traditions with exceptional original songwriting. Fine Ground comprises some of the finest bluegrass musicians to come out of the Northeast.

  • Julia Alsarraf: A singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and bandleader based in Troy, New York, whose genre-defying sound ranges from contemporary folk to indie pop and rock. Known across the Capital Region for her striking vulnerability and razor-sharp wit, Alsarraf crafts deeply personal narratives balanced by clever, often dark humor.
