Watkins Glen, NY – The Seneca Lake Wine Trail is pleased to announce the second annual Seneca Lake Wine and Experience Auction.
The Seneca Lake Wine & Experience Auction boasts one-of-a-kind wines and experiences that aren’t available anywhere else. This year, the Seneca Lake Winery Association is partnering with Seneca Lake Pure Waters Association, sharing a portion of proceeds to support this admirable organization.
Brittany Gibson, Executive Director of the Seneca Lake Winery Association shares how the group arrived at this partnership: “Our member wineries feel strongly about protecting the lake. The work that Seneca Lake Pure Waters is doing is important and impactful. We want to stand with them and provide financial support to improve the health of Seneca Lake. We hope this is the start of a long and fruitful partnership.”
William Roege, Board President of Seneca Lake Pure Waters shares, “I am thrilled that the Wine Trail chose Pure Waters as their designated charity for this auction. Many individual wineries are longtime supporters, so it is only natural that the relationship be extended to the Wine Trail as a whole. We appreciate that Seneca Lake wineries have been working diligently to implement sustainable practices and we will ensure their financial support will benefit water quality.”
The auction is exclusively online, with bidding set to open at 5pm on Friday, March 22 and close at 5pm on Sunday, March 24. To preview the experiences and wines, visit: https://senecalakewine.com/event/seneca-lake-wine-experience-auction/.
