Utica, N.Y. - Join the Utica/Oneida County Branch NAACP to celebrate Black History Month 2025 with its annual program hosted by the History Center. This event will follow the national theme of African Americans and Labor. The program is available in person and virtually via Zoom.
Aaron Woodman will be the program's master of ceremonies, which features readings of “Black History Moments” written by local high school students, musical performances, and a panel discussion focusing on “The Past, Present, and Future.” Members of the NAACP will also share information about their organization and community announcements.
This celebration takes place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, starting at 1:00 pm. It is free and open to all.
