Five-Day Automotive Event Will Bring Vehicle Showcases, Scenic Drives and Regional Experiences to Warren County
Lake George, NY — For the first time, WOLFSGART, the Northeast’s premier European automotive event, car rally and camping experience, is coming to the Lake George Area August 5–9, 2026. The event will feature classic and modern German and European automobiles and motorcycles, including Volkswagen, Porsche, Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz.
Events will take place throughout Lake George, Queensbury, Warrensburg and Glens Falls, encouraging attendees to explore the communities, businesses and scenic roads that make the region an ideal driving destination. The main WOLFSGART Auto Show will take place Saturday and Sunday at Charles R. Wood Park.
WOLFSGART Week begins Wednesday, August 5, with the Opening Toast at Adirondack Winery and the First Pour at Bandstand Brew Works. On Thursday, August 6, the Brew Hop Trail continues with the Second Pour: “Make It a Double” at Northway Brewing Co., Uncle Mario’s Garage, The Fun Spot and Queensbury Cigars. Friday, August 7, features WOLFSGART Air Out in Downtown Glens Falls, followed by WOLFSGART Night Out at ADK Karting Experience in Queensbury.
Saturday, August 8, is the main show day, featuring show car parking, judging and automotive activities. Vendor setup begins at 7 a.m., followed by Alpha Class parking and unregistered show car registration at 8 a.m. Registered show cars begin check-in at 9 a.m., with vehicles organized into German, European, Import and Domestic categories.
The WOLFSGART Auto Show opens at 10 a.m., with judging continuing until 3 p.m. Camping check-in at the Lake George Recreation Center begins at 3 p.m., followed by the Wolf Run Car Rally lineup at 4 p.m. Saturday concludes with Retro Night, a 1970s, 1980s and 1990s block party at Shepard Park beginning at 7 p.m.
On Sunday, August 9, vendor setup and Alpha Class parking begin at 8 a.m., show car parking opens at 9 a.m. and the Auto Show begins at 10 a.m. The Car Show and Alpha Class Award Ceremony will take place at 2 p.m. at Charles R. Wood Park, with WOLFSGART 16 officially concluding at 4 p.m.
