Copiague, NY — The Babylon Citizens Council on the Arts (BACCA), in partnership with the Town of Babylon and the Bluegrass Club of Long Island, will present the 24th Annual Long Island Bluegrass & Roots Music Festival on Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tanner Park in Copiague.
The family-friendly festival features an afternoon of traditional bluegrass, Americana, and roots music performed by local, regional, and nationally touring artists. Guests can also enjoy bluegrass workshops led by featured performers, a hosted jam area where musicians of all skill levels are invited to participate. (There will also be food and beverage vendors.)
Headlining this year's festival is Andy Falco Bluegrass Laboratory, featuring Long Island native Andy Falco, guitarist and vocalist with the Grammy Award-winning Infamous Stringdusters, joined by an all-star lineup of nationally recognized bluegrass musicians.
The lineup also includes Michael Daves & Jacob Joliff, The Feinberg Brothers, Muriel Anderson, Buddy Merriam & Friends, Brother Pluckers, and Fairchild & Becherer.
Admission is $20 for adults and $15 for military personnel, individuals with disabilities, BACCA members, and youth ages 12–16. Children ages 11 and under are admitted free.
