Ticonderoga, NY (May 11, 2026) – The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce (TACC) is excited to announce the return of the Ticonderoga Area Farmers Market for the 2026 season. The market will begin on Saturday, July 11th and continue through October 10th in Downtown Ticonderoga. Markets will be held on Saturdays from 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM unless otherwise noted for special events.

The market takes place behind Arrow Bank, just off Montcalm Street at the intersection of McCormick Street and Champlain Avenue. Convenient parking is available nearby for attendees.

The Farmers Market Committee and Chamber staff are currently preparing for another vibrant market season focused on supporting local agriculture, small businesses, artisans, makers, and the community. This year’s extended season is intended to comply with New York State requirements (the Ticonderoga Area Farmers Market is a NYS Agriculture & Markets certified venue). Future adjustments may be made based on participation and attendance throughout the season.

Visitors can once again look forward to live music throughout the season, kids make-and-take activities, local products, fresh produce, handmade goods, community connections, giveaways, and themed special events.

Farmers, vendors, businesses, and organizations interested in participating in the market are encouraged to contact the TACC Office. Those interested in volunteering or becoming involved with special events are also welcome to reach out. Participants are encouraged to sign up for the full season, however weekly and special guest participation opportunities may also be available.

We are especially excited about this season’s expanded activities for kids, themed events, and opportunities for the community to connect throughout the summer and fall.”

Several special events are planned throughout the 2026 season including:

•              July 11th – Family Fun & Emergency Services Day
 •             July 25th – StreetFest from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
 •             August 8th – History Speaks
 •             August 22nd – Kids Pirate Party
 •             September 5th – Community Non-Profit Day
 •             September 26th – FallFest from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Additional pop-up markets are also planned including:

•              Holiday Market – December 4th, 2026 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
•              Winter Market – March 6th, 2027 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Please note the Farmers Market will be incorporated into StreetFest (Montcalm Street) on July 25th from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM and FallFest (Percy Thompson Bicentennial Park) on September 26th from 12:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Additional details for all special events and pop-up markets will be announced throughout the season.

The Ticonderoga Area Farmers Market is currently seeking 15 market sponsors for the 2026 season at a sponsorship level of $150.00. Sponsorships will support the overall market season as well as children’s activities and special programming throughout the year.
