Harvest Craft Fair and Octo-BEAR-Fest anchor a fall weekend of foliage, outdoor adventure, Adirondack attractions and scenic drives
Long Lake, NY — Make Long Lake your headquarters for Columbus Day Weekend and experience fall in the heart of the Adirondacks, with two Saturday events. On Saturday, October 10, 2026, the Long Lake Harvest Craft Fair, hosted by the Town of Long Lake, and Octo-BEAR-Fest, hosted at Hoss’s Country Corner, combine to create a full day of shopping, food, music and Adirondack community spirit.
The Harvest Craft Fair, held at Long Lake Town Hall 1204 Main Street from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., brings together artisans and vendors offering handmade goods, and Adirondack-inspired goods, including jewelry, pottery, textiles, woodwork, home décor, candles, soaps, artwork, photography and specialty foods, plus free pumpkin painting for the kids.
Just down Main Street, Octo-BEAR-Fest runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hoss’s Country Corner, 1142 Main Street featuring live music, food, raffles, vendors and activities and a robust silent auction to raise funds for Jess Collier and Randy’s Patient Assistance Fund, which helps cancer patients with out-of-pocket expenses.
