Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique To Celebrate 5 Years in Business on December 15, 2025

Oswego, New York - Since opening its doors in 2020, Oswego’s holistic wellness destination has served over 15,000 customers, guided clients on 15,000 float therapy sessions and has had over 400 members throughout the five years.

Beginning with float therapy, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, salt therapy, massage and oxygen bar — the 6,500 square foot wellness facility has since added: red light therapy via the NovoTHOR Class II medical device, a full-service aesthetics department, an IV infusion department, luxury piercing featuring LeRoi Fine Body Jewellery and international piercers from around the globe.

Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique launched the Luxe Piercing Experience in 2025.

With LeRoi Fine Body Jewellery as their anchor partner, it was the next logical step when clients asked if Tammy & Terry would consider offering body piercing at the sanctuary. Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique has become a trusted space for all things health, wellness and aesthetics. Clients recognized that the owners would bring that same level of care and high standards to this offering as well.

To achieve this, they’ve sought out professional piercers / educators from around the world to provide the best experience for the clientele.

IV Infusion Therapy

IV Nutrient Therapy has seen continued growth at the Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique. In 2025, Owners Tammy Wilkinson & Terry LeRoi partnered with Dr. Joseph Barry and his Concierge Medical Practice - RevIVe West to form aquavIVe IV Drip. In 2025, they began offering NAD+ infusions. In addition, aquavIVe provides a wide variety of intermuscular shots and custom boutique IV bags customized to clients needs for optimal health.

CNY Women’s Network Partnership

Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique had the honor of being the Connection Sponsor at the 2025 CNY Women’s Summit - an annual event to connect, inspire and empower women in Central New York. Tammy facilitated a mainstage Wellness Session for attendees to reset and reflect. This continued partnership offers countless opportunities to connect women with wellness in the Central New York area.

What’s to come in 2026:

Aqua Spa Float Center’s owners have big expansion plans for 2026. The new project includes a brand-new four story building in downtown Oswego, NY boasting overnight luxury stay rentals overlooking the Oswego River. New modalities and offerings would include the addition of functional wellness programs, life and nutrition coaching and new dedicated wings for IV therapy, massage and aesthetics.
