Liberty, NY — The Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association is delighted to announce the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of Two Farms Brewing, a brand-new farm brewery located at Winterton Farms in Bloomingburg. Join us on Friday, November 1 st at 4:00 PM to commemorate this exciting addition to the Sullivan Catskills, where guests can experience locally crafted beverages made right on the farm and inspired by the flavors and natural beauty of the region.

Two Farms Brewing offers an unparalleled farm-to-glass experience that immerses guests in the breathtaking surroundings of Winterton’s 32-acre farm, with picturesque views of lavender fields, tapped maple trees, and lush landscapes. Specializing in craft beverages that capture the essence of the Sullivan Catskills, Two Farms Brewing uses ingredients grown directly on the property as well as from nearby local sources.

Ribbon-Cutting and Grand Opening Weekend Events:

• Friday, November 1: Ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:00 PM, followed by happy hour specials until 7:00 PM.
• Saturday, November 2: Live music, delicious food, and family-friendly entertainment including a magician for kids.
• Sunday, November 3: More delicious food, live music and happy hour specials!

Nestled within Winterton Farms, Two Farms Brewing embraces the concept of farm-to-glass brewing. Guests can unwind on the outdoor terrace while savoring the brewery’s unique, small-batch beers, crafted with a genuine commitment to the farm and local community.
