And soon, these storied boats of yesteryear will dock in Skaneateles. Skaneateles' Antique and Classic Boat Show returns to Clift Park July 25-27. Hours are 3 p.m. to dusk Friday, 9 a.m. to dusk Saturday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.

GCV&M Voices and Votes 1June 4 through July 25

Mumford, NY (May 31, 2025) Genesee Country Village & Museum will be the ninth stop in the New York tour of the “A New Agora for New York: Museums as Spaces for Democracy” project hosted by the Museum Association of New York (MANY). This project includes Voices and Votes: Democracy in America, a Museum on Main Street (MoMS) exhibition developed by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Services (SITES), Freedom Fighter: Mary Gray Peck and Social Reform an exhibition developed by GCV&M, and a series of humanities discussion programs.

Quilting by the LakeAuburn, NY (May 27, 2025) – There still are a handful of openings for workshops at Quilting by the Lake, an annual art quilt conference run by Schweinfurth Art Center that draws both faculty and students from around the country. The two-week event, running July 20 to Aug. 1, is located on the Hobart and William Smith Colleges campus in Geneva.
